BigPanda takes monitoring data and transforms it into insightful and actionable alert data. To accomplish this, BigPanda needs to integrate with the client's monitoring tools. Additionally, when an alert is important, the NOC team needs to transfer these alerts to their peers in the organization using collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams, etc.

However, the Integration pages in BigPanda were outdated and confusing, resulting in decreased sales and additional time spent on training users. This made the platform less self-service than desired.
